Shipping Policy

We ship across India and international, too with additional shipping costs. Shipping within India is charged extra 60 rupees per order, and an additional 50 rupees for Cash On Delivery orders. The charge for International orders depends on the country and usually varies between 8-15 USD.

Once an order is placed we take about 3 working days to process it and ship it if it's an in-stock product.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept any cancellation/return/exchange requests for orders unless it is an unavoidable situation. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we would be happy to exchange it - only if it's a mishap on our end and is notified to us within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

Store & Privacy Policy

At The Purple Workshop, we care about your privacy like our own. Aside from the basic details required to deliver an order like, Name, Contact info and Address, we do not collect any private information from our customers. The required details are also kept confidential and not shared with any uninvolved third party. We may occasionally (read HIGHLY RARELY) send you emails regarding important information/offers, but that's it! We would hate to bother you during your purple bliss.
