Do you design merchandise of other K-pop artists, too?

No, we are solely a BTS focused shop as of now, and we do not plan on expanding to other artists at the moment. That said, we shall keep you updated if we plan to launch merchandise for other K-pop artists.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we do accept Cash on Delivery with an extra charge of 50 rupees in addition to our standard shipping cost of 60 rupees; total - 110 rupees.
What are your shipping charges?

The standard shipping cost within India is 60 rupees, which is what our courier partners charge us. International shipping cost depends on the country, and usually varies between 8-15 USD.
Do you customise designs for pins/notebooks?

We get our designs manufactured in bulk, hence it is not possible to get customisation done for 1-2 pieces.. However, if you wish to place a bulk order, we can definitely design something for you exclusively and get it manufactured. Where are you based and do you ship internationally?

We are based in India, and we ship worldwide with additional shipping costs - refer to shipping charges question.
What is your cancellation/return policy?

We do not accept any cancellation/return/exchange requests for orders unless it is an unavoidable situation. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we would be happy to exchange it - only if it's a mishap on our end and is notified to us within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
